Truffle Capital scores € 390m for two funds
Paris-based VC firm Truffle Capital has secured €250 million in commitments for its BioMedTech fund and a further €140 million for a vehicle focused on the fintech and insurtech sectors. The former will be used to back a dozen startups, primarily in France, that are developing medical devices and minimally invasive medicine.
The latter will be used to target up to 15 companies developing AI and blockchain-based products for the banking and insurance industries.
