Claims Handling Process

A complaint is understood to be a statement of the client's dissatisfaction with the professional. A request for a service, a request for information, a clarification or a request for an opinion cannot be considered as a complaint. Any complaint regarding a TRUFFLE CAPITAL product or service should be made directly to the Management Company.

By mail, to the following address: contact@truffle.com specifying the term "Complaint(s)" in the subject line of the e-mail.

TRUFFLE CAPITAL will acknowledge receipt of any complaint within a maximum of ten working days from the date of submission, unless a response is provided to the client within that timeframe.

TRUFFLE CAPITAL will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible to any complaint brought to its attention, within a maximum period of two months from the date of submission of the complaint.

The processing of a claim by the management company is free of charge, the client will not bear any specific cost (file fees, research or other ...) related to the processing of his claim.

In case of disagreement with the answer or the solution that will be provided, the claimant will have the possibility to appeal free of charge to:
