“Three for Free” Offer Lets Organizations Book Meeting Rooms, Desks, Services, and Other Resources from the Web or Within Microsoft Outlook at No Risk or Cost

Simple, Intuitive Web-Based Resource Management

Workspace Manager is a simple, visual-based resource-scheduling system designed to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes. Companies use the web-based system to book and manage rooms, desks, equipment, and other resources; manage visitors; schedule parking spaces; and request catering and other services.

Workspace Manager enables employees and facilities management teams to search for and book resources using either a simple, interactive floor plan or a calendar view. Administrators can easily configure Workspace Manager to align with corporate policies or resource utilization restrictions. They can use its reporting capabilities to gain greater insight into how, when, and for how long rooms, desks, and other resources are being used—a particularly valuable feature considering that only 40 percent of workspace is used on average at any given time, in large part due to poor management of shared workspace.

Available as a hosted or on-premise solution, Workspace Manager is accessible from a web browser, Microsoft Outlook, LCD digital room displays, mobile phones, and touch-screen kiosks.
